Who uses CRIF High Mark
CRIF High Mark holds credit records for a very large number of microfinance and small-ticket borrowers, alongside bank and NBFC loans. If you have had a microfinance loan, a consumer durable loan or a small business loan, check this report — it may be the only one where some of those accounts show up correctly.
Step by step
- Open crifhighmark.com yourself — type the address, don't follow a link from an SMS or a stranger.
- Look for the free annual credit report (the RBI asks every bureau to show it clearly).
- Enter your name, date of birth, PAN (or another ID the site asks for), mobile number and email.
- Confirm with the OTP sent to your mobile, and answer the identity questions if CRIF High Mark shows them.
- Download the report as a PDF and keep it — note the date, so you know when your next free one is due.
Reading the CRIF score
The CRIF score also runs from about 300 to 900, higher being better. As with every bureau, the number is only a summary: lenders also read each account's payment record and status.
Four reports, one plan
Space your free reports through the year: for example CIBIL in January, Experian in April, Equifax in July and CRIF in October. You get a fresh view every quarter without paying, and you catch a mistake in any one of them early. Compare the bureaus in our free credit score guide.
Oxon Fintech is a loan facilitation platform, not a credit bureau. We do not check, sell, repair or change credit scores; get your report from the bureaus' own websites. Rules as checked on the date above.
