These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website oxonfintech.com and related services (the “Platform”), operated by Oxon Credit Private Limited (“Oxon Fintech”), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at 10th Floor, 1037, Tower-B3, Spaze I Tech Park, Sohna Road, Sector 49, Gurugram, Haryana 122018.

These Terms are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000. By using the Platform or registering on it, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.

1. Our role

Oxon Fintech is a loan facilitation platform. We are not a bank or a lender. We help individuals and businesses apply for personal and business loans and connect them with our lending partners (banks and NBFCs regulated by the Reserve Bank of India). All credit decisions, loan terms, interest rates and fees are decided solely by the lender.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, competent to contract under Indian law, and authorised to act for the business on whose behalf you apply.

3. Your account

You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time password. You are responsible for keeping access to your mobile number secure and for all activity on your account. Tell us at once at wecare@oxonfintech.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

4. Information you provide

You agree that the information and documents you provide are true, complete and your own (or you are authorised to share them). Providing false information may lead to your application being rejected and your account being closed, and may be reported as required by law.

5. Eligibility checks and offers

Any eligibility check, EMI estimate or offer shown on the Platform is indicative only and based on the information available at the time. It is not a commitment to lend. The final decision rests with the lender after its own verification and credit assessment.

6. Acceptable use

You will not misuse the Platform — for example by attempting unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, scraping data, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property

The Platform, its content, design and the Oxon Fintech name and logo belong to Oxon Credit Private Limited or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Oxon Fintech is not liable for decisions made by lenders, for losses arising from your reliance on indicative information, or for interruptions to the Platform beyond our reasonable control.

9. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Platform means you accept the updated Terms.
